We do not share any information provided by you with third parties unless your  permission is sought.

We use Google Analytics to record information such as the number of visits to our website, pages visited and how our site was found. We use this information to understand how to best present information on the site to visitors and improve the site design. We cannot  attach individual identification to these statistics the data is not used to track visitors.

We store information securely and the website has a Digital Certificate to safeguard transmission of information from your computer to our website and vice versa.

The site is regularly backed up and up-dated.

We will only use information you may provide to us for the purposes for which it was provided, such as to fulfill an order or to provide you with further details. We take this to mean that as someone interested in publications about Tasmanian philately, postal history or postcard and related material, you may be interested to be informed of new publications from time to time.

Please note that despite our reasonable attempts to safeguard any information you may provide to us via this website, we cannot absolutely guarantee that the site will not be hacked and information stolen or destroyed, or that it will not be similarly stolen from a computer owned by one of our members.
